Both PC and Mac platforms are accepted, however PC is the overaching system
We check all online uploads and speakers prep uploads prior to the session starting. We require your file prior to your session starting NOT just prior to your presentation starting so we can test. If you fail to get your file in on time, there is no in room test for your presentation.
Sessions will be run by a chair person, you are required to upload your file prior to the session starting and meet your chair person at least 10mins prior to the session starting
Your login to upload your presentation are the same used for submitting your abstract. If you have forgotten them, click on the RECOVER LOGIN DETAILS button and input the email you signed up with and an email will be sent to this address.
If you can see your filename under the "Your Files" section, then it has successfully uploaded. If you don't see your file, then there has been an issue with the upload. It could be due to file size or internet connection. Try refreshing your browser and uploading again. If it's still not visible you can contact the help desk and our support staff can help with the upload
Make sure you have answered the post-upload questions as these pertain to how your info is displayed on the program website. Ie. Do you allow delegates to download a PDF or contact your via email or social media. If you have allowed such permissions, make sure your details are up to date. You can see what details we have in the system after you have logged in to your portal and click on the PROFILE button in the left hand menu.
If your file is too large to upload online, you can hightail send or dropbox link to the helpdesk. Please note that if you are sending this on the day of your presentation, please follow up with us in the speakers prep room, as it tends to get busy and we don't want to . Alternatively, you can come to the Speakers Prep Room
We convert all the files to HTML so it can be seen on the website. Please allow up to 72hrs for your online version to be made available for preview. You will receive an email from us letting you know that it's ready.
Sometimes formatting shifts occur and we can definitely fix them up! Contact the help desk and let them know the issue and what slide etc. and we will reconvert !
Upload through the portal ! Save yourself the time and stress, if you can't make it to us in Speakers Prep upload it online. Using your abstract logins and clicking on MY PRESENTATIONS will take you to where you can upload your file. Please make sure it's at least two (2) hours prior to your session starting, so we can ensure your presentation will be checked in room prior to the session starting.

You have been given a 20 minute timeslot, which should be 15mins of speech and 5 mins of discussion
If you haven't uploaded your files, come to see us in the speakers prep room at least 2 hrs before your session to load manually.
Log in to your portal and choose the "SHARE PRESENTATION" button from the left hand menu. There will be a couple of options and quick links to post your a link to your page or you can just copy the link and go.
The website will remain live from the start to 12 months post-event
No problem ! After you upload you will have answered some questions about whether you want to contribute to the program website, which will display an HTML version of your presentation online. If you answered "YES" to wanting your file online then your file will display. If you answer "NO" your abstract, and presentation details will display but your presentation file will not be available.
